Florence Crest Apartment Homes is a newly developed rental community professionally managed by Rasheed Son Daughter Management, LLC. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes offer comfortable living for individuals and families in a welcoming, community-focused environment. Eligibility is based on household income and rental qualification requirements.

From applying to moving in, we make the path to your new home simple and supported.
Application Requirements
A total application and screening fee of $80 is required for each applicant over age 16. This fee includes credit, background, and rental history screening. Employment and income verification are required before move-in approval.

Who We Welcome
We welcome families with children, seniors, veterans, college students, and Section 8 voucher holders, when applicable. Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom homes have income-based qualification requirements. No pets are permitted.
Make Yourself at Home
Optional furnishing packages are available for long-term rentals and may include a living room set, two bedroom sets with beds and dressers, wall art, lamps, and dishes. A washer and dryer package is also available. Cable service is included when you select the fully furnished apartment package. Please inquire about package options after your application and move-in have been approved.
